SHEC Labs Signs Asset Purchase Agreement with Mini-Tek
Electronics Service
SASKATOON, Canada: - SHEC Labs - Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation
(SHEC Labs) today announced that it has signed an agreement to
acquire certain intellectual property assets of Mini-Tek Electronic
Service.
The assets include technology for instrumentation and electronics,
which has application to the hydrogen production research
undertaken by SHEC Labs. In consideration for these assets, SHEC
Labs will issue shares to the sole proprietor of Mini-Tek
Electronic Service. The acquisition is conditional upon SHEC Labs
achieving a certain level of capitalization.
