SHEC announces Victor Smith, CEO of Giffels/Ingenium has joined
the Board of Directors
SHEC LABS - Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation today announced that
Victor Smith, President of the Consulting Services for Ingenium Group
Inc. has joined its Board of Directors.
Victor Smith has been co-CEO of Ingenium and President of its Consulting
Services Division since 2004. The Division operates globally through a
network of offices in North America and in selected international
locations as Giffels Associates, Giffels Inc., NORR Limited and NORR
Group Consultants International.
An architect by profession, Victor has many years of experience with
NORR in both Toronto and the Middle East. In 1990, he established NORR
Group Consultants International, which is headquartered in Dubai, and
provides regional A/E services.
In 1998, Victor was instrumental in the merger of NORR with Giffels to
form one of the largest and oldest A/E firms in Canada. More recently,
he spearheaded the acquisition of the US-based Giffels Inc. bringing
the original parent company back into the fold of the Ingenium Group.
Victor brings strong leadership, organizational and managerial skills
to the delivery of Consulting Services. His corporate philosophy of
creating strong business relationships, delivering innovative solutions
and outstanding service drives the organization and has made the
company a global player.
