Best Company to become Public - TSX Venture award
SHEC LABS, Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation was one of 30+ companies
who presented at the 20th Angel Forum in Vancouver on
October 24, 2006.
SHEC received top honors and was selected "Best Company to
become Public" in the "Investor Choice
Awards" category. This award was voted on by a panel of
attending investors.

The award was presented by Alexia Helgason of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
Tom Beck, CEO and President of SHEC LABS said, "It was a pleasant

Selection Criteria to Present at the Angel Forum - Vancouver
Most investors want experienced management, potential for strong market
position via sustainable competitive advantages (usually intellectual
property) and high growth in a large market. They are looking for
companies with potential such that their $100,000 investment can be
turned into at least $1 million within five years. Usually they have no
interest in partnerships, proprietorships, franchisee, single retail
stores, mining or real estate.
Applications are invited from companies in Manufacturing, Services,
Biotech, Medical Devices, Communications, IT Hardware & Software,
Media and Alternative Energy sectors. It helps (not required) that a
company is introduced to us by an existing investor (who then comes as
our guest and explains to other investors why he or she invested).
